Terms
The short version. The long version is shared as a PDF during onboarding and is the binding agreement between you, your organization, and Neurohab Labs. If anything below conflicts with the long version, the long version wins.
access
The service is offered to invited tenants only. Sharing credentials with parties outside your organization is not permitted. We will deactivate accounts we believe to be shared without warning.
acceptable use
- Do not use the service to generate content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or ours (Tokyo / Berlin).
- Do not attempt to extract weights from models you do not own. The runtime is hardened; respect the boundary.
- Do not use the service to attack other infrastructure. We log enough to figure out who is doing what.
billing
Usage is metered hourly per GPU and per million tokens. Invoices are issued monthly, due within fourteen days. Late invoices accrue 1.5% interest per month or the legal maximum, whichever is lower. We do not currently offer annual prepay discounts; this may change.
uptime
We target 99.5% uptime for the inference plane and 99.0% for the control plane. Credits are issued automatically against the next invoice when we miss. We do not currently offer a contractual SLA — when we do, it will be stricter than this paragraph.
termination
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time with seven days notice. Tenants are responsible for exporting any operational data they want before the deactivation date.
liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for any cause of action is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three months. We carry a commercial cyber-insurance policy; details shared on request.
